Luoyang Dahua Heavy Type Machinery Co., Ltd. created a high effective impact crusher in 1989. It is successfully tested in 1990. This product was firstly used in steel slag production line of Capital Steel Co., and it gained a high honor and passed national inspection in 1991. In the same year, it gained the excellent product award in Henan Province, and passed the patent in 1992. From then on, our first generation Vertical Shaft Impactor was famous and be the special equipments for steel slag recycling system, also serviced for many heavy duty steel factories.
Along with the market development, this type machinery has been promoted and developed into many other areas. The vertical shaft impactor can make the product which is not only good granularity but also low iron content. Then we created the 2nd generation VSI which is also well used in many industial areas. On the other hand, this new type saved a lot of cost for users. According to the water and electric industrial area, we made 3rd generation which got a lot of excellent feedbacks from many experts.
At present, we have created the 4th and the 5th generations which arrived the international industrial levels. They can give different setup according to different materials, capacities, levels and processes.
